Vietnam’s Central Highlands are traditionally known for Robusta. But in recent years, pioneers in regions like Dung K’No have been cultivating high-altitude washed Arabica, drawing on cooler climates and volcanic soil to produce coffees that break the mold.

Coffee has had a long journey here, from French colonial plantings to post-war nationalization and today’s wave of independent producers elevating quality. LÂM is part of that story: a sign of Vietnam’s evolving coffee landscape, one clean cup at a time.

LÂM is sourced from farms that are part of Vietnam’s growing specialty movement, one that values transparency and better processing methods. The washed process not only enhances flavor clarity, but also reduces defects, supporting both taste and long-term sustainability.
