It’s sourced from Colombia’s high-altitude Huila region, from a microlot carefully prepared with thermal shock, a process that locks in its clarity and sparkle. Think of it as a weekend getaway in a cup. A limited-edition reminder to taste something new, and enjoy the moment as it is.

Origin

From the Huila region, where coffee is grown between 1,200–2,200 meters above sea level. This microlot combines Typica, Bourbon, and Timor Hybrid varieties. Thanks to Huila’s rich volcanic soils and two annual harvests, it’s able to bring you freshness year-round.

Engagement

This coffee undergoes washed processing with thermal shock, a method used to halt fermentation at peak clarity — enhancing cleanliness and balance, while preserving the fruity brightness. The coffee is hand-sorted to European Preparation (EP) standards, with a High Cup Score (HCS 85+), ensuring excellence in every brew.
