Refund policy

Overview

We want you to be completely happy with your CODOS COFFEE order. Our return and refund policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase.

EU Right of Withdrawal: If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you receive your goods. To exercise this right, you can initiate a return directly from your order history in your customer account, or contact us at hi@codos.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you checked out using a phone number only, please use the returns link in your SMS order confirmation to start a request.

Non-returnable items:

  • Perishable goods cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons
  • Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us before sending any item back.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, and applied to your original payment method.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account first, then contact your credit card company or bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you still haven't received it, contact us at hi@codos.com


Sale items

EU customers retain their right of withdrawal regardless of whether an item was purchased at full price or on sale. Outside of EU withdrawal rights, only regular priced items are eligible for our standard exchange policy.


Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. Email us at hi@codos.com and, after our confirmation, send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once we receive it. If the order was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to them, and they will find out about your return.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

EU customers: If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse you using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the returned goods.
