Our Story.

More than a decade ago, CODOS was born in Hamburg’s vibrant Schanzenviertel – a modest coffee bar driven by a shared passion for exceptional coffee and the connections formed with those who share it with us.

What began as a family business with our beloved bulldog Snatch as its mascot has since grown into a network of coffee spots across Germany. From the very beginning, hospitality has been the foundation of our mission – to create a warm and welcoming space where every guest feels at home.

In 2017, we continued our journey by opening our boutique roastery in Hamburg, where we roast every batch with the utmost care – driving our steady growth, cup by cup.
