Violeta is a coffee that invites you to play. Pull it as espresso one morning, brew it as filter the next, build it into a flat white on the weekend. Each way reveals a different side of the cup. Silky sweetness, a soft berry brightness, a surprising violet note that lifts everything. As espresso, it's smooth, layered, and sweet. As a filter, deeper and more expressive. And the natural process adds a sweetness that holds beautifully in milk.

Origin

From Finca Las Mercedes, a family-run farm in El Salvador's Tecapa-Chinameca region, working the same volcanic slopes since the 19th century. Rich soils, high elevations, and a stable mountain climate create the conditions for sweet, expressive coffees, and generations of careful cultivation bring out the full depth of the Bourbon variety.

Engagement

Violeta is naturally processed, which means the cherries dry whole around the bean. It's a slower method that takes more attention, but it adds a silky sweetness and depth you can taste in the cup. Roasted as an omni, so it unfolds differently depending on how you brew it: smooth and layered as espresso, deeper and more structured as filter, warm and grounded in milk.
