Process:
Pre-Sale is open. Fana ships next week!
Fana comes from heirloom trees, and it asks for exactly what those trees have always gotten: a little time and attention. Brew it slow, on a morning when you actually have a few minutes to spare, and you'll notice something most coffees don't offer. No two cups taste quite the same.
Heirloom means these trees have grown in Ethiopia for generations, without being crossed with modern varieties, the way most coffee plants are bred worldwide to guarantee steady yields and a uniform taste. Heirloom trees never went through that. Each one carries its own genetics, some over fifty years old, and produces fruit that's slightly different from the next. That's why no two cups of Fana BIO taste quite alike. Not because something went wrong, but because the coffee shows exactly what's in it: which tree, which soil, which harvest.
It's a coffee grown for character, and you can taste that in every cup.
