Dulce is for the person who always has a cup going. Espresso in the morning, filter in the afternoon, maybe a cold brew before dinner. Different brew, same standard: it has to taste good. Cherry pie sweetness, soft marzipan, a base of toffee. A cup with enough going on to hold your attention, whether it's the first or the fourth.

As espresso, it's chocolate and caramel forward, round in the body, with a long sweet finish that holds up well in milk. As filter, the dried fruit comes through more clearly: dried cherry, a hint of date, soft acidity.

It's CO2 decaffeinated: caffeine removed with pressurized CO2, everything else in the bean, the oils, the aromatics, the flavor, stays exactly where it was.

Origin

A three-origin blend of Honduras, Tanzania, and Indonesia, each bringing something different to the cup: body, sweetness, and depth. Roasted as an omni, it holds its character whether you're pulling a shot or running it through a filter.

Engagement

Decaffeination is handled with delicacy. Pressurized CO2 pulls the caffeine out selectively, leaving the oils and aromatics untouched, with no solvents at any stage. What's left is the bean as it was: full oils, full aromatics, full flavor. Roasted to perform consistently across brew methods and forgiving across grind settings, so it delivers the same cup whether you're precise about it or not.
