In der Tasse kommt er einem Brigadeiro näher als einem Filterkaffee: rund, schokoladig, natürlich süß, das Ergebnis einer langsamen Fermentation, bei der die Kirsche ganz um die Bohne herum trocknet, bevor sie geschält wird.
