The body is medium, the acidity balanced and the aftertaste long and wine-like. Using a natural, chemical-free method, the caffeine is gently removed while preserving the coffee’s full flavor integrity that honors its origin.

Origin

Grown in the highlands of Bensa, Sidamo (1500–2200 m) and processed at the renowned Shantawene Washing Station.
