Rich and adventurous. Dak Lak is an anaerobic fermented fine robusta that’s anything but expected. Its tropical profile opens with juicy papaya and jackfruit, deepens into raisin and finishes with a silky Cognac warmth. The body is round and creamy, the acidity subtle but playful, the sweetness bold.

This is the coffee for when you need a rich espresso with presence. A moment of stillness before the day kicks off, a warm shot before heading out into winter streets or a mid-afternoon reset that feels like a treat.

Origin

Sourced in Dak Lak, the heart of Vietnam’s Central Highland region of Tay Nguyen. This lot was carefully processed using anaerobic fermentation to bring out unique flavors in the robusta variety.
