Unlike chemical methods of removing caffeine, water decaf is a gentle, environmentally friendly and natural technology that preserves as much of the taste and aroma of coffee as possible.

Main stages:
1. Soaking: The beans are soaked in clean water, as a result of which the caffeine and soluble components pass into the water.
2. Activated Carbon Filtration: Caffeinated water is passed through an activated carbon filter, which traps the caffeine molecules while leaving
the remaining aromatic compounds.
3. Re-soaking: The beans are immersed again in decaffeinated water to restore all the aromatic components without the caffeine.
4. Drying: The dehydrated beans are dried to a normal moisture level.

This method allows to preserve the natural taste and aroma of coffee as much as possible without harming nature and health.
